Biography
Noonan is inducted as a truly great official who has contributed noteworthy service to the game of lacrosse in Florida. Kevin has honorably served his country as a commissioned officer in the United States Army, entering service as a Second Lieutenant and retiring 30 years later in 2009, attaining the rank of Colonel. He has been instrumental in growing the sport through his officials training and mentoring initiatives throughout Florida, including the last 12 years in the Gulf Coast Chapter region.
